Employee and colleague research
For many ad hoc marketing insights projects Research First will recommend an employee research element. Typically this involves consulting customer-facing employees in services markets to understand more about how they feel about the topic or proposition under consideration.
Whilst working for a leading bank, Ted Turner of Research First established an internal telephone interviewing unit that undertook at least 40 internal employee surveys per year. The understanding gained from this exercise has been applied to other organisations.
Research First has undertaken many exploratory studies within large employers for both HR departments and external insurance companies and other providers that offer employee benefits and pensions services.
We have also undertaken a number of organisation-wide employee surveys and helped the survey sponsors explore survey findings with individual divisions and departments
