Research First has undertaken a vast amount of communications research, from the development and testing of advertising messages and web content through to complex technical and regulatory material.

In our simple model of communications our client will nearly always be the source of the communications and the target market the audience. This said, communications are becoming increasingly two-way with businesses establishing on-line communities and voice of the customer programmes.
